Managed Cybersecurity Services

Defense built in layers, run by a team you can actually reach.

Topping Technologies runs your security program end to end. We handle detection and response, and we keep the evidence that proves it works before an auditor or a board comes asking. Being an MSSP and an MSP in the same shop lets us close the gap most businesses live in, where tools get bought but never tuned and alerts get logged but never answered. Built in Texas, operating globally.

What managed cybersecurity means here

Managed cybersecurity is the difference between owning security products and running a security program. Plenty of companies have a firewall, an antivirus agent, and a spam filter, and they still get breached, because nobody is watching the alerts, tuning the rules, or hunting for what slipped past. We own the whole posture for you: prevention, monitoring, response, and the documentation that ties it together.

We layer on purpose. No single control stops every attack, so we stack endpoint defense, email hardening, identity protection, vulnerability management, and staff training, then back all of it with continuous monitoring and a written response playbook. Being vendor-neutral, every layer is chosen to fit your environment and your budget. We carry no manufacturer quotas, so the tool we recommend is simply the one that fits you.

What's included

Inside the engagement

Managed detection & response

Continuous monitoring across endpoints, identity, and network. Our analysts triage every alert and contain the real threats themselves, so nothing important sits waiting in an inbox.

Endpoint protection (EDR)

Endpoint defense that stops ransomware and fileless attacks. We deploy it, tune it to your environment, and keep watching it long after install.

Email security & anti-phishing

Email is where most attacks start, so we harden it with filtering, impersonation defense, and link protection, right on the platform you already use.

Identity & access protection

MFA enforcement, conditional access, and privileged-account controls that shut down the credential-theft attacks behind most breaches.

Vulnerability management

Continuous scanning with prioritized, tracked remediation so the holes get closed before someone outside finds them first.

Security awareness training

Simulated phishing plus short, regular lessons, so the people in your building become a dependable line of defense.

What you get

The outcomes you can hold us to

Incidents shut down in minutes

A written response process, and a real team to run it, means an incident gets contained in minutes and documented as it happens, well before it would have surfaced in a forensic report.

Audit-ready evidence on demand

The controls, logs, and policies auditors and cyber-insurers ask for stay current as you go, so a renewal or assessment becomes paperwork you can produce on the day.

One accountable team

IT and security from the same firm closes the finger-pointing gap. When something breaks, there is one number to call and one team that owns the outcome.

Coverage that scales with you

The same layered program covers a single office or a multi-site operation, and it grows with your headcount and locations as you add them.

Who it's for

This is for North Texas organizations that have outgrown ad-hoc security, the kind that runs on one antivirus license and crossed fingers, but cannot justify a full 24/7 security team on staff. It fits businesses facing real compliance or cyber-insurance requirements, anyone handling sensitive customer or patient data, and leaders who now treat a breach as a serious threat to the whole business.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between an MSP and an MSSP?
An MSP (managed service provider) runs your day-to-day IT. An MSSP (managed security service provider) runs your security program. Topping is both, so your IT and your security come from one accountable team and you skip the routine of two vendors pointing fingers at each other.
Do we have to replace the security tools we already own?
Not always. We are vendor-neutral, so we look at what you have first. If a tool is solid and only poorly configured, we tune it and manage it. If it leaves a real gap, we say so plainly and recommend something that fits.
How fast do you respond when something goes wrong?
Our published SLA defines it in writing. A P1 critical incident gets a 15-minute response and an engineer engaged within the hour; lower-severity issues follow defined targets. Miss a target and you get a service credit.
Can you help us meet a compliance or cyber-insurance requirement?
Yes. We help you build and maintain the controls and documentation that frameworks like HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, CMMC, and most insurance questionnaires require. The certification is yours to hold; our job is to get and keep you audit-ready.
