Fill out the project questionnaire Service specifics, the remaining social / booking links, address confirmation, and team info — partial answers are fine, it saves as you go and can be submitted more than once. Open form → Create your admin login One-time setup: pick your own username and password. The page disables itself afterward, and nobody else ever sees the password. Set up login → Add your real events The events page currently shows 4 sample events. From the dashboard you can add, edit, or remove events — flyer image, date, location, RSVP link — and they go live instantly. Open dashboard → Replace the placeholder team Meet the Team currently shows 6 placeholder people with AI headshots. Swap in your real staff — names, roles, bios, and photo uploads — from the same dashboard. Open dashboard → Send real proof content for the SEO pages The new case studies, reviews, and certifications pages are live with clearly-labeled illustrative placeholders. To make them real, send: a few client wins we can write up (with permission / a quick release), your live Google / Clutch / G2 / Glassdoor profile URLs, which certifications & partner tiers you actually hold or have in progress, and a thumbs-up on the managed-IT price bands. Drop it in the questionnaire or leave a note. See what's illustrative → Set up the Google Business Profile (service-area) Create or claim the profile as a Service-Area Business: verify with the Plano address but keep the address hidden (no staffed storefront — listing one risks suspension), set the service area to the ten DFW cities, then start collecting reviews. Biggest single lever for showing up on the map. Open Google →
