You are solely responsible for ensuring that your possession, use, and transport of the Device comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances, including but not limited to fire codes, weapons laws, and environmental regulations. Topping Technologies makes no representations or warranties regarding the legality of the Device in your jurisdiction.
Proper Use and Safety
The Device is intended for lawful and responsible use only, as specified in the provided user manual. You agree to follow all safety instructions, warnings, and guidelines provided with the Device. Improper use, modification, or failure to follow safety protocols may result in serious injury, death, or property damage, for which Topping Technologies will not be liable.
No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Topping Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, possession, use, misuse, or storage of the Device, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or legal consequences.
Age and Competency
By purchasing or using the Device, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are mentally and physically capable of safely handling and operating the Device.
No Warranty
The Device is sold “as is,” and Topping Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Topping Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use, misuse, or possession of the Device.

By purchasing or using the Device, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this disclaimer and any additional terms provided with the Device.
